QA Tech Labs exists because most QA training teaches tools in isolation. Real work is messy: requirements change, environments break, and the bug is never where the error says it is. We teach that.
Our story
QA Tech Labs was founded by Karthik Kodati, a QA engineer who spent years building test automation and performance frameworks for product teams, and even more years answering the same questions from colleagues: how do I move into automation, which tool should I learn, how do I prepare for interviews.
The answers were always the same: learn by building something real, understand the application you are testing, and rehearse before the interview. So we built a place that does exactly that.
What we believe
- Knowledge should be free. The library and recordings are free and will stay free. Courses pay for them.
- You learn by building. Every course has one continuous project and a GitHub repo you own.
- Experience beats theory. We teach from problems we actually hit, and how we solved them.
- AI is a tool for testers, not a threat. We teach you to build with it and to test it.

Karthik has built UI, API and performance automation for product teams, mentored testers into their first automation roles, and now teaches full time at QA Tech Labs. He believes the best way to understand testing is to build the thing you are testing, which is why every course starts with an application, not a slide deck.
